Meredith Lucy Nadler
Meredith is Founder of Wind at Your Back, where she supports clients in developing custom content strategy solutions to support their unique goals. She has 15 years of writing and marketing experience specializing in targeting niche audiences, with extensive experience in commercialization initiatives supporting dynamic and fast-growing brands.
Meredith worked at KIND Snacks for 5 years, first in Marketing and then pioneering the Trade Marketing function. Prior to KIND, she managed the launch of Aquaphor Lip Repair at Beiersdorf. Since leaving KIND in 2017, she has worked with other high-growth natural food brands, and as a grocery buyer.
Meredith holds an MBA from Georgetown University, and a B.S. in Journalism and Sociology from Boston University. She has been published in Boston, Philadelphia and People magazines and the Boston Globe.
When not lost in the aisles of her local grocery store, she can be found running on her favorite trails, or managing her side-hustle, Lucy + Pearl Stitch, where she designs and sells modern cross stitch patterns.
