What to expect: For the first call, just come prepared to introduce yourself and your objectives in signing up for coaching. Together we will set goals for the remaining sessions based on this initial conversation.
Details: Pack includes 10 one-hour coaching calls, to be used within 6 months of purchase. Extension available upon request prior to expiration date.
Process: once you have purchased you will receive a follow-up email containing an intake form that we will use to kick off our first conversation. You will also receice a custom scheduling link that you can use to scheudle your hours at your convenience, starting anytime that works for you.
